Thank you for your support and patronage of Kalamazoo Automotive. Due to the economic turndown in the greater Kalamazoo area we feel we must close this location but are pleased to offer you our continued services at our Portage Road location effective October 1.

This consolidation will provide a better service experience for you. You will still enjoy our timely, affordable service and repairs for your vehicles working with the same staff that knows your vehicle history best.

Airport Auto Service is conveniently located at 5316 Portage Road, four blocks south of I-94. You can still reach us by telephone at 345-7869 or 345-5181.

I have managed the Airport Auto location since 1993 and became a partner in the business in 2005. I feel my staff at both locations have been outstanding and being together under one roof will only enhance their performance. We have your service records available and all warranty work will be honored as always. We will also continue to remind you of your next scheduled service for your convenience.

Our loaner car program has been expanded and we also offer a shuttle service to and from work, school or home if needed. Metro Transit bus tokens are also available at no charge.

We hope we have overcome any obstacles in our continuing efforts to keep you as a customer. You are very important to us and we look forward to serving all your vehicle needs now and in the future.
