I have never had anything but great service here. They are reliable, knowledgeable and most of all, honest and up front about everything! The only shop I have ever been to that has gotten me right in when necessary and they will do everything they can to have me back on the road the same day when possible. I recommend them to anyone when I see they are looking for a reliable and honest mechanic. They have worked on three of my vehicles along with other family members and friends and none of us have anything negative to say. Love love love the service provided by this company. This has been my Go-To shop for the past few years. They are very professional, honest, and reasonable. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They also works pretty fast depending on the type of service and parts you need. I highly recommend this shop over any shop in Kalamazoo.
